Need to make a change to the individuals linked to your organization? 

Please do NOT overwrite individuals’ information. Instead, create new profiles for new staffers and unlink profiles no longer in use.

 

To add an additional staff person to your organization’s profile

  1. Log-in using your individual profile information. If you’re forgotten your username or password, you can have a reminder/reset email sent from that screen.
  2. Once logged in, click on “My Profile.”
  3. While on your profile screen, hover over the grey “My Profile” tab and then select “Your Organization.”
  4. On the right side, select “Individual Profiles”
  5. Click “Create Linked Profile.” Complete the required information and click “save.”

Key Contacts: this designation allows individuals to register other individuals linked to the same organization. We highly recommend you turn this feature ON for all profiles linked to your organization.

 

To remove a staff person from your organization

  1. Log-in using your individual profile information. If you’re forgotten your username or password, you can have a reminder/reset email sent from that screen.
  2. Once logged in, click on “My Profile.”
  3. While on your profile screen, hover over the grey “My Profile” tab and then select “Your Organization.”
  4. On the right side, select “Individual Profiles”
  5. Click “Unlink” for any person no longer with your organization.
